Before coaching it all started for me with HR and my passion for helping people to achieve their full and true potential. This is certainly one constant, that threads through my entire career and personal life, my passion for helping others.

​

Born in Riga, Latvia I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark to study at the age of 18 and my formal educational background is a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Masters’s degree in Management from Copenhagen Business School which is one of the top leading European Business & Management Universities.

​

My first official job was in the Saxo Bank Treasury Department, while an amazing experience overall, it also gave me a clear understanding that the back office is not my thing and I need to work with people to feel alive and accomplished.

​

In 2010 I moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where I worked with my first startup and my journey in HR began exactly there and everything changed.

​

With 14 years of HR leadership, I honed my skills in building and leading HR & Talent Acquisition functions, cultivating company culture, and recruiting top talent. I worked with several startups and corporates in Oil & Gas, Fintech, Commodities, and Blockchain. HR and people remained my true passion. My dedication to understanding human potential and what motivates us human beings remained constant.

In 2019 I received certification of Senior International Professional in Human Resources which is one of the highest acclaimed professional certifications in the world in Human Resources along with CIPD.

​

An “eternal” student that I am, I continued to discover avenues to create more value for my employees at the time and now for my clients, so throughout the years to come I studied Coaching, Neuro Linguistics, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

​

I am a Certified Leadership Coach graduating from IPEC in 2018, one of the Top 3 Coaching institutes in the USA, certified by the ICF, International Coach Federation.

​

I am also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and hold an International Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy & Counselling Skills from Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (UK) and Certified Consulting Hypnotist awarded by the National Guild of Hypnosis (USA).

​

Additionally, I am an NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Basic Practitioner and hold an International Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, both from the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis of the UK.

​

Living and working in a country with over 165 nationalities taught me that we are all the same, and we are also all different. I continued the self-discovery journey, searching for that perfect equilibrium between well-being and having a fulfilling career, so I could continue helping others.

​

While I am still on that journey of learning and discovering and forever will be, I believe that with my natural curiosity and discovery spirit and enormous believe in the human potential, I have a lot to offer to my clients to make a true difference and bring out their true potential to live a fulfilling and happy life and have an amazing career. I believe we are all absolutely unlimited and do not even realize what we are capable of achieving.

I empower my clients to overcome self-imposed limitations and reconnect with their core purpose, living a life full of abundance and potential. By providing them with effective tools and strategies, I enable confident decision-making, self-exploration, and intentional action toward greater leadership in their personal lives, careers, and networks.

My coaching methodology is grounded in neuroscience, behavioral therapy, and leadership principles derived from reputable academic institutions and research. This evidence-based approach ensures that clients receive the most current and effective guidance.
